Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account to use SolarTilt?
No. The app works without sign-up: your panels and settings stay saved on your phone.
Does the app work with all solar panels?
It's built primarily for plug & play panels (balcony, ground, wall), but works with any installation whose tilt you can adjust manually.
What permissions are requested?
Location, to precisely calculate the sun's position, and camera, for the augmented reality view. Both are optional and explained before being requested.
How many panels can I manage?
As many as you like. Each panel has its own configuration, calendar, and reminders.
Is the app available on Android?
For now, SolarTilt is exclusively available on iPhone, via the App Store.
